Stuffed Peppers Ingredients:
Bell peppers - 2 pcs.
Onion - 1/2 pc.
Zucchini - 1/3 pc.
Tomato - 1 pc.
Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
Garlic - 1 clove
Cream cheese - 1 tbsp.
Mozzarella - 30g
Parsley - 1 sprig
Vegetable oil - for frying
Salt, pepper - to taste
Method:
1. Cut the pepper lengthwise, remove the seeds. Place on a baking tray, add a little oil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees, until soft.
2. Dice zucchini, onion, tomato and chicken. Grate the cheese.
3. Roast onions for a couple of minutes, add zucchini, tomato and chicken in a pan.
4. Turn off the heat, add the cottage cheese, mozzarella, parsley, garlic. Stir well.
5. Fill the peppers, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 7 minutes more.
