Coconut Candy Ingredients:
• coconut shavings - 100g
• dried apricots - 70g
Method:
1. Soak dried apricots in boiling water for 20 minutes. Chop and place in a blender bowl.
2. Add coconut flakes. Blend everything well.
3. Form candies and put in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
