Steamed Omelet with Broccoli & CauliflowerIngredients:
• egg - 1 unit
• broccoli - 1 floret
• cauliflower - 1 floret
• milk - 2 tbsp.
• salt - to taste
• butter to grease the molds
Method:
1. Wash broccoli and cauliflower florets and boil in salted water for 3 minutes. Let cool and finely chop.
2. Lightly whisk with the egg and milk using a fork, salt, add broccoli and cauliflower.
3. Grease the molds with a thin layer of butter. Pour the egg mass in the molds (fill the molds to about 3/4, during cooking the mass increases a bit).
4. Cook in a steamer for 10 minutes.
