Honey CookiesIngredients:
• sour cream - 125g
• butter - 75g
• sugar - 150g
• honey - 2 tbsp.
• flour - 350g
• soda - 1/2 tsp.
Method:
1. Melt sugar, butter and honey in a ladle.
2. Remove from the heat and add sour cream. Then add baking soda and flour.
3. Knead into a smooth elastic dough.
4. Then pinch off small pieces of dough, roll them into balls, and place on a baking tray, flattening it with your hand.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes. If there is a fan in the oven, turn it on.
