Liver Stroganoff

Ingredients:

• beef liver - 800g
• onion - 1 pc.
• sugar - 1 tsp.
• sour cream - 200g
• butter - 50g
• flour - 1 tbsp.
• salt, pepper - to taste.

Method:
1. Wash the liver, remove the skins and veins, cut it in lengthwise slices. Cut onion into half rings.
2. Salt and pepper liver, sprinkle with sugar and spices.
Fry in a heated frying pan (no oil!) for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Add butter and onion and stir-fry for 4 minutes more.
5. Sprinkle with flour and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
6. Pour with sour cream If the sour cream is thick, add a little water, cover with a lid and stew over low heat for 4-5 minutes.

Potatoes with Chicken and Mushrooms in Cream Sauce

Potatoes 400g
Champignons 200g
Chicken filet 400g
Spinach 30g
Cream 20% fat 250ml
Salt and spices (paprika, garlic, dried pepper mix)
Cheese 20-30g
Frying oil

Method:

Wash potatoes, peel them, cut into slices and rinse. Boil potatoes (sliced potatoes boil very fast) if you do not want to boil, you can just fry them. In a heated frying pan with oil (medium heat), fry mushrooms and chicken fillet until tender, add spinach (optional), fry a couple more minutes and add boiled or fried potatoes + cream + spices, bring to thicken (about 10 minutes).
