Chicken Fried Rice Wok Ingredients:
200g rice round grain
220 ml water
1,5 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
0,5 tsp. salt
450g chicken fillet
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 onion
1 carrot
1 sweet bell pepper
2 cloves of garlic
2-3 tbsp. soy sauce
Sesame, green onions to taste
Method:
1. Wash rice in cold water 2-3 times. Transfer to a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour water. As soon as the water boils, cover with a lid, turn the low heat and cook for about 15 minutes.
2. Add sugar and salt to the vinegar, stir until completely dissolved and top the cooked rice. Stir again.
3. Cut onion into small cubes, cut carrots and bell peppers in julienne strips. Chicken fillet into thin strips as well.
4. Put oil and ginger in a heated frying pan. Add chicken fillet, salt it a bit and fry until golden, then place it on a plate.
5. Add rice to the chicken and vegetables, season with soy sauce and stir.
