Cheese Pancakes
Ingredients for 3 pieces:
1 egg.
25 grams of sour cream
50 grams of cheese
65 grams of flour
30 grams of milk
salt to taste.
Method:
Add sour cream to the eggs and stir well with a whisk or with a fork.
Grate cheese on a coarse grater, add to the egg and sour cream mixture and mix.
Add flour, milk and salt, mix well.
Heat a pan, put the batter, cover with a lid and fry until golden brown, then flip and fry until tender. You can make big or small pancakes, just follow your taste.
