Baking powder - 1 pack
Chicken legs, wings
Milk
Vegetable oil - 200 ml
Salt, pepper, dried garlic
Method:
1. Pour milk over chicken wings and legs.
2. Mix the dry ingredients for breading.
3. Dip chicken in milk, then in breading and repeat 2 times.
Fry in heated up vegetable oil until golden brown. Done!
