Albanian Chicken

Ingredients:

• chicken fillet - 700g
• egg - 1 unit
• onion - 1 pc.
• garlic - 1 clove
• sour cream - 2 tbsp.
• flour - 2 tbsp.
• salt, spices - to taste

Method:
