Lentil Soup with CauliflowerIngredients:
• lentil - 1 tbsp.
• cauliflower - 300g
• carrot - 1 pc.
• onion - 1 pc.
• vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
• tomato - 2 pcs.
Method:
1. Shred carrot and onion, fry in vegetable oil.
2. Wash lentil. Add boiling water to the fried onion and carrot, and then add the lentil.
3. Pour salted boiling water over cauliflower and leave for about 5 minutes. Then cut it into florets.
4. After 15-20 minutes of cooking lentil, add the cauliflower to the soup.
5. Cut and peel tomatoes into cubes and add them to the soup.
6. Bring to a boil, cook until all the ingredients are soft. Salt to taste.
