Cottage Cheese Soufflé with CocoaIngredients:
• cottage cheese - 220g
• milk - 150 ml
• gelatin - 10g
• sugar - to taste
• vanillin - to taste
• cocoa powder - 2 tsp.
• water - 150 ml
Method:
1. Mix sugar, vanillin, gelatin, milk and water, then heat until the gelatin dissolves, but not bringing it to a boil.
2. Then remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
3. Mix cottage cheese with the gelatin mixture, you can also add coconut if desired.
4. Then whip using a blender until smooth.
5. Divide the mixture into 2 parts and add cocoa powder to one of them, mix.
6. Layer the mixture in a dish and put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
