Homemade ChocolateIngredients:
• cocoa powder - 100g
• low fat cream - 50 ml
• powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.
• butter - 50g
Method:
1. Heat cream on low fire without bringing it to the boil. Dissolve powdered sugar in it.
2. Add butter, stirring constantly.
3. Pour the resulting mixture into cocoa powder in small portions and stir thoroughly.
4. Slightly heat in a steam bath or over low heat, stirring constantly.
5. Transfer into molds and leave to cool in the refrigerator.
