Albanian ChickenIngredients:
• chicken fillet - 700g
• egg - 1 unit
• onion - 1 pc.
• garlic - 1 clove
• sour cream - 2 tbsp.
• flour - 2 tbsp.
• salt, spices - to taste
Method:
1. Cut chicken into cubes about a centimeter thick. Shred onion, and garlic.
2. Add egg, sour cream, salt and spices, chopped greens and flour. Mix well, cover with clingfilm and leave in the fridge for a couple of hours.
3. Spoon out onto a heated frying pan and fry on both sides over medium heat.
