Carrot & Cottage Cheese Casserole in a Multicooker 

Ingredients:

• cottage cheese - 100g
• semolina - 1 tsp.
• sugar - 1 tsp.
• grated carrots - 1 tbsp.
• egg - 1 unit
• raisins - to taste

Method:

1. Grate carrots on a fine grater, pour raisins with boiling water.
2. Mix semolina, cottage cheese and sugar in a separate bowl, add carrots and raisins. If desired, shred with a blender.
3. Grease a multicooker mold with butter, put the resulting mass there.
4. Cook the casserole in the "Baking" mode for 40 minutes.
