Take responsibility for your lifeIt is very easy to blame someone else for all your problems: your friends, the weather, an angry boss.
This kind of thinking is called
victim syndrome. The state is in many ways convenient:
the person-victim removes responsibility, and therefore does not feel guilt for failures. But in reality it is the other way around. By agreeing to take responsibility for your life, you do not become guilty of what you have or have not done. You have no one to answer to.
You realise that
you chose to lie on the sofa instead of going to work. Or
you yourself took the risk of launching a project that didn't pay off.
Don't underestimate the usefulness of problems. Solving even a small problem develops our persistence, and also helps us to produce
dopamine, the "motivation hormone".
Once you've solved a difficult problem,
you want to keep going, to break through harder walls. Failure is part of the journey. It is better to learn not to shy away from them, but to accept them.
