And that is the session hosted by 59-year-old actress, Sheila Kelley, the star of Netflix’s hot new documentary: Strip Down, Rise Up.

Sheila teaches pole-dancing and sensual dance to women of ALL body shapes and of ALL ages to help them truly learn to LOVE their bodies no matter how society labels their bodies.
