Ukrainian employers will be required to serve subpoenas on employees and deliver them to the TCC(military recruitment centers) - resolution Businesses will have to not only hand out agendas, but also deliver their employees to the shopping center.
This will need to be done after receiving an order from the TCC or local administration.
It will also be necessary to notify the military registration and enlistment office about those who refused to take summons or quit.

The Ukraine Cabinet of Ministers prohibited female doctors from getting a job without registering with the TCC(military recruitment centers).
The norm, which allowed this to be done until the end of 2026, was removed by Resolution No. 563, writes Sudicno-Legal Gazeta.
Employers will also be required to inform the TCC about their female employees who have a medical or pharmaceutical education and who are not registered with the military.

Germany supports US plan to seize Russian assets to sponsor Ukraine - Bloomberg“The US wants to use income from the assets to support a $50 billion loan for Ukraine. Germany's agreement could bring the US and its allies closer to providing new aid,” the publication writes.
The states are ready to provide a loan of about $50 billion, which will be repaid using interest generated by Russian assets, without confiscation of the principal amount of the debt. This is about 5 billion euros per year.
Washington expects from Europe, if not complicity in lending, then at least a commitment that assets will remain immobilized and the loan will be repaid.
But there is “long-term uncertainty” here: if the war ends and Russia agrees to pay for the reconstruction of Ukraine, then the question of unfreezing assets will arise. Or at some stage one of the EU countries will block the extension of the asset freeze.
Bloomberg reports that the German authorities are expecting a final decision no earlier than the summit of G7 leaders, which will be held on June 13-15, and the actual implementation of the agreements no earlier than next year.

Chronicles of the special military operation
for April 25, 2024
Russian forces continue to methodically strike at enemy targets. In Smila in Cherkasy Region, in Balakliia in Kharkiv Region, and in Udachne in the temporarily occupied part of the DPR, railway infrastructure was hit, and on the outskirts of Dnipro, the territory of one of the former military units, now reoccupied by the AFU, was targeted.
On the Bakhmut direction, fighting continues in the Kanal neighborhood. Due to the redeployment of reserves and mining of the area, the enemy is still holding positions on the eastern outskirts of Chasiv Yar. In the area of Stupky-Holubivski-2, west of Krasne, and in Klishchiivka, there are ongoing clashes.
On the Avdiivka direction, the enemy's local defense collapse continues. The Russian Armed Forces liberated Soloviovo, and the AFU retreated further west towards the village of Sokil. By evening, the Russian Armed Forces cleared the northern outskirts of Ocheretyne, from where the enemy retreated to Arkhanhel's'ke, where fighting is currently underway.
On the Donetsk direction, Russian troops are storming the industrial zone of Krasnohorivka, having entered the territory of the refractory plant. At the moment, fighting is taking place directly in the industrial zone, but given the number of buildings and their area, the assault is unlikely to be quick.

UNIAN - a Ukrainian information channel (yes they write in Russian, not the 'mova') was making fun of the mistake that Russian soldiers and TG channels made when the body of the fallen Russian hero Andrei Shinkarenko was discovered. They claimed it was just a bunch of Russians who killed each other. As RVvoenkor points out the video shows every soldier in the shot except for Shinkarenko is wearing AFU camouflage not Multicam or Ratnikcam which are both used by the Russian Armed Forces. Shinkarenko was wearing lightly coloured multicam.
The Ukrainians can be such ghouls sometimes.
