Компания 800+ человек, финтэк. Очень важно - наличие опыта работы у кандидата на международных рынках и хорошее понимание it специфики или финансовых рынков ( а лучше и то и другое) + свободный английский.
Основная задача - трансформация компании и приведение ее к истинно международной как по форме так и по духу, что безусловно тот еще challenge, учитывая что 90% сотрудников русскоязычные и недавно на Кипре.
Условия очень комфортные.

Our client is a company that develops a SaaS trading platform for clients worldwide. 800+ ppl, headquated at Cyprus, work globaly. Offices in London, Sydney, Dubai, etc.
Role Responsibilities:
✓Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits globally.
✓Analyze and evaluate existing HR strategies, policies, and procedures, and reform them in collaboration with executives and staff.
✓Serve as a strategic business partner to executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group, addressing key organizational and management issues that can be resolved with HR assistance.
✓Oversee the development of comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs aligned with strategic goals.
✓Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive, competitive, and cost-effective compensation and benefits plans.
✓Lead cultural practices that articulate and reinforce the organization's values and corporate culture through HR activities and support.
✓Ensure the implementation of effective development and training programs for employees, aligned with the organization's business goals.
Requirements:
✓Proven experience in solving HR problems within fast-growing organizations.
✓Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
✓Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator.
✓Strong planning and organizational skills.
✓Data-driven leadership capable of connecting workforce and business outcomes.
✓Ability to facilitate groups, coach, and counsel managers at all levels.
Education and Experience:
✓A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MA/MS in human resources or related field preferred.
✓A minimum of 5 years of executive HR experience, including at least 3 years of international HR.
✓A minimum of 5 years' experience in the IT industry.
✓Certifications such as CIPD, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP are a plus.
✓Full professional proficiency in English is required.
