Daniel Penny incident leads to one of two story trees.
1) He doesn't get charged, but visual example of a white fighting back and surviving the political swarm moralizes others to do the same.
2) He gets prosecuted and it leads to politicization/"radicalization." There's no doubt that Jordan Neely deserved what he got and Penny is only being charged because of his race. Whites will see the writing on the wall start identifying as a racial bloc.

If you are genuinely interested in ending violence against homeless people then you end up at the position of putting dangerous sociopaths in jail for a long time. Yes, that means incarcerating large swaths of the black population.
