An amateur astronomer captured a huge explosion on Jupiter.
The size of the shock wave is comparable to that of the Earth.

What would happen if a coin-sized black hole appeared on Earth?
In general, it would take five billion years for such a black hole to swallow the Earth. It could significantly increase the mass of the Earth.
And, of course, it would immediately create a total mess on the planet, turning it into an uninhabited space scrap of collapsing crust, lava, hot gases, and everything else in just a few hours.

How are interstellar distances measured? For measuring enormous distances, astronomers are aided by the method of triangulation, widely used in ordinary Earth geodesy.
Choose a segment of known length, the base, measure from its ends the angles under which the inaccessible point can be seen, and then simple trigonometric formulas give the distance we are looking for. When we move from one end of the base to the other, the apparent direction to the point changes, it shifts against distant objects.
This is called parallactic displacement, or parallax. It is smaller the farther away the object is, and larger the longer the base.

In space, you can fly on sails, like a regatta on sea wavesNot the wind, of course, but the force of light pressure will carry the spacecraft to the depths of space. A solar sail harnesses the momentum of photons emanating from the Sun, just as a sailboat captures wind energy. This device doesn't capture photons, quanta of light bounce off it, giving it momentum. At the same time, the larger the sail area, the more momentum the photon flux can give it.
This is a light and simple technology that has great potential for use. The lack of the solar sailplane is the dependence of acceleration on the distance from the Sun: the farther from the Sun, the less pressure of sunlight.

Terminator
An illuminated terminator line separates the illuminated part of a space body from the unilluminated part.
A blurred terminator line indicates the presence of an atmosphere on a planet or its satellite and vice versa.

In June, five planets will line up in the sky! Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn will join a planetary parade. We can observe it on the eastern horizon, just before sunrise. Astronomers point out that the line of planets will be visible throughout June. However, on the 3rd and 4th, Mercury and Saturn were at a minimum distance from each other
On June 27, however, the waning crescent Moon will appear between Venus and Mars. Mercury will also be clearly visible that night, and the whole "parade" will last about an hour.

If the stars in the Andromeda Galaxy were brighter, it would be six times the size of the Moon in the sky
However, to the human eye, the Andromeda Galaxy is only visible as a small speck of light.
