Davlat rahbari soliq yuki yengillashtirilishini aytdi. “Bunda hech kimga alohida imtiyozlar berilmaydi, sog‘lom raqobat muhiti uchun barcha zarur sharoitlar yaratiladi”, – dedi prezident.

Train the Trainer is a face–to–face and/or online course for experienced teachers.
Participants develop the knowledge and skills they need to train English language teachers working in primary and secondary schools. They learn how to run training sessions, observe teaching and give feedback.
Teachers who successfully complete the Train the Trainer course are qualified to train teachers .

Graduates who successfully complete the course will be awarded with a certificate by Cambridge Assessment English.

The Ofqual Regulated Level 6 Diploma in TESOL is regulated by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulatory (Ofqual), which means that the UK government has approved the diplomas and the certificates.(Mostly for university ,college ,lyceum teachers)
By the end of the course teachers will :
● understand how language is acquired
● understand what constitutes errors in a language
● know the principles on which modern language teaching is based
● understand what phonetic and phonology are
● be aware of the aids and techniques for developing language skills
● be aware of methodologies that can be used to teach English
● be aware of how to use materials and aids to teach English in the class
● know how to organise the class
● understand the different roles of the teacher and have a basis for self-evaluation
● know how to design lesson plans

Bu 3-6 oy ichida o’z ustida izlangan ustozlar, trenerlar, moderatorlar, assessorlar,menejerlar mehnat qiladilar.
Afsuski,asosiy maqsadimiz ta’lim sifatini oshirish bo’lgan zamonda ,ba’zi mansabdor shaxslarning o’z amalidan foydalanib o’z ustida ishlash istagini bildirishni istagan o’qituvchilarga va ta’lim sifatini oshirishga o’z hissassini qo’shmoqchi bo’lgan mutahasislarga ,hamda tadbirkorlarga nisbtan qilayotgan nohaqliklarini ko’rib, aqlga sig’maydigan uydurmalarini eshitib bu holatdan juda uyaldim.
Chet ellik hamkor tashkilotlarimizning rahbarlariga ham bu holat juda achinarli ko’rinmoqda.Ulardan qayta qayta so’ralayotgan tutruqsiz talablarga javoban hamkorlardan xatlar taqdim etilishiga qaramay bunday be’mani holatlar davom etmoqda.Oxir oqibat,ularning tasavvurida ba’zi davlat tashkilotlari ig’vochi, nosog’lom raqobat qiluvchi,halol tadbirkorlik bilan shug’ullanuvchi,hususiy tashkilotlarni sindirishga urinuvchi sifatida gavdalanmoqda. Va men bu holatdan juda ham uyaldim.
