В погоне за изяществом Plain English следует, среди прочего, мониторить также свою речь на тавтологичность.
Одно из таких выражений — в сабже, и литературные стилисты рекомендуют выбирать что-то одно: либо adequate(ly), либо enough.

Примеров в литературе я нашел мало, но все они имеются:

• A clear airway does not mean the casualty is breathing adequately enough to enable peripheral tissue oxygenation.
• Also, the amount of information obtained is the same in both cases, that is, complete and adequate enough to allow the reconstruction of this person, after he has been telegraphed to the receiving device.
