Most of the companies that I see use digital contracts, e-signing and don't bother with actual paperwork. There are many web apps that provide e-signing like HelloSign, DocuSign, PandaDoc.

Today is for PSPDFkit. They are a startup from Vienna, Austria that provides APIs and an SDK that developers use to power document processing features like e-signing, document viewing and editing, collaboration and much more.

They have just raised €100 million ($116 million) of funding and they are hiring for a few roles atm. They have team members in 17 countries and growing.
