I am excited to announce the launch of my NEW PODCAST, Reclamation Radio, a podcast dedicated to guiding you on your journey of self-discovery and empowerment.

On this podcast, you will learn about the concept of Reclamation and how it relates to owning each and every part of YOU.

We will delve into the ways in which you may be trapped in the cycle of victimhood and explore ways to practice personal responsibility and exercise your power of choice.

We will also discuss the importance of growing your capacity to have and hold all that you want and welcome every part and every sensation your body reveals.

Join me and my favorite provocateurs, change makers, threshold guardians, and soul alchemists as we explore new conversations, paradigms, and resources.

You will end the wars inside and out, shed the struggle, and surprise yourself with the courage you have to expand into the specific pleasure of who you are.

Over the next month, we will be discussing the trap of feminism, ending the war on men, meeting your disappointment through meditation, and why I pole dance!

Expanding our capacity for uncertainty is one of the most empowering bedrocks to stand on. There will always be liminal space in life where the caterpillar is melting into a chrysalis. When you no longer are the person you identified with for so long, yet are still not solidified in the person you are becoming. Allowing it to be ok to be in the in between is paramount to our growth and discovery. It’s easy to want to go back to where we came from, and crawl back into the womb for safety of the known, but we also know that this is not possible. This is the necessary initiation to a more expanded version of ourselves.

Society tends to make change mean that the past versions of you that you are leaving was wrong. That you are choosing to come into something new because the you before was bad. In my reality, the fabric and design of being birthed anew over and over is necessary and makes sense. Every arrival is a touchstone for our next destination.

2023-01-13 20:11:04 The opponent mentality that we are conditioned to feel towards men is very real.

For many of us we are not even aware of the subtle ways we perpetuate the war of the sexes.

Part of my reclamation journey and healing from heartbreak was (and still is) recognizing all the ways I still hold anger, fear, and resentment towards the masculine and let it seep out in subtle and not so subtle ways. The truth is, the anger we carry towards men is hurting us more and will continue to sabotage relationships until we heal and release it.

The first and maybe the most vital step I chose to take was to no longer speak ill of men or commiserate about them with my girlfriends.
