Tender Buttermilk Cake

Ingredients:

1 egg
150-200g sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
100g butter
200ml buttermilk
1 tbsp. baking soda
300g flour

Filling:
70ml boiling water + 2 tbsp. condensed milk (can be cooked)

Cream:
250g sour cream + 2 tbsp. cooked condensed milk (or just 50g powdered sugar)

Method:

Mix egg with sugar, vanilla sugar, melted butter and buttermilk with baking soda.
Sift flour, mix well and place the dough in a 10x20cm baking dish.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes, check if the cake is done with a skewer!

Take the hot cake out of the dish and soak it (mix condensed milk in boiling water).
Let it cool completely.

For the cream, whip sour cream with cooked condensed milk or powdered sugar.
Spread the cream on the cold cake and decorate with grated chocolate.

Serve the cake after 1-2 hours in the fridge.
