A Twitter user nicknamed adyingnobody claimed he managed to access 137.21GB of Telegram users' messages.

The author of the track claims to have used an exploit in the software to siphon text files from group chats and personal correspondence of cryptocurrency industry representatives.

He promised to release all available data in stages: June 15, June 30 and July 7.

A Telegram spokesperson said in a comment to The Block that the tweet has "all the signs of a prank" and is probably an attempt to steal seed phrases from users' cryptocurrency wallets. Открыть/Комментировать
