The loss was discovered after seven months and the developers refuse to comment.

The Mirror protocol based on Terra-DeFi was the victim of an exploit worth over $90 million, discovered by independent analyst FatMan and confirmed by BlockSec staff.

The hack was discovered, as a few days ago an unknown person had withdrawn $2 million from the same protocol.

This hack was also discovered by a member of the community, not the protocol team. A few days later, they did release a statement claiming to have fixed the exploit.

The question of whether anyone had time to exploit the vulnerability (hinting at a withdrawal of $90 million) was left unanswered by the developers.

Authorities in South Korea have launched a full-scale investigation into the collapse of token ecosystem Terra LUNA and UST and its CEO and founder Do Kwon.

A local tax agency is trying to determine whether Terra's CEO manipulated the prices of UST and LUNA in such a way that their prices soared or fell for his self-interest.

The former owner of the cryptocurrency exchange WEX Dmitry Vasilyev was detained at the Zagreb airport while trying to enter Croatia. This was reported in the local media.

Law enforcement officials in the country suspect Vasilyev of embezzlement and are seeking his extradition.
