Project Manager for Strategic Resource Planning initiative at IKEA (Ingka Grup)
The team at IKEA:
Lead and manage the Strategic Workforce Planning initiative to support the implementation of IKEA Russia's long-term strategy by providing a long-term workforce plan to understand resource dynamics (when, what and who-quality and quality) over the 5-year plan and be prepared in advance to prepare skill sets and the right quality and quantity of resources.
Requirements:
• Proven project 3-5 years of experience in HR and strategic HR planning
• Proven project experience of 3-5 years, demonstrating strong leadership skills and successful experience in managing business changes.
• Leadership experience in a changing or complex environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly
• Strong emotional and social intelligence and an excellent employee at all levels of the organization.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in developing and implementing action plans
• Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and delegate authority
• Data management skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
Tasks:
• Develop a roadmap for strategic human resources planning for proactive forecasting of human resources in accordance with the long-term strategy of IKEA Russia, the development of the labor market, strategies and initiatives of the Ingka Group
• Map long-term human resource needs and develop a strategy to ensure staff availability to meet these needs.
• Compare the best market practices of strategic HR planning and access to the applicability and potential use of possible tools in Ingka
• Review the current recruitment and succession strategy and contribute to the development of new tools / approaches based on strategic HR planning.
• Definition and sequence of actions in the project, evaluation of the duration, development of a schedule, monitoring the progress of implementation
• Resource planning, cost estimation, budget formation and control
• Lead the project team by engaging relevant expertise and ensuring team cohesion.
• Manage the communication flow for stakeholders by planning and disseminating relevant information at appropriate times and in appropriate forums.
