Chicken fillet (1 kg)
Cream 10% (350 ml)

Dried garlic

Chop the fillets and place in a blender. Chop it up.

Whipped burrata

Preheat the oven to 180C. Add the tomatoes, olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper to the baking dish. Bake the tomatoes for 20-25 minutes.
Add the burrata to the food processor with the olive oil, water, honey, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Stir for 1 minute until the mixture is smooth.
Add the whipped burrata to a bowl, top with the roasted tomatoes and drizzle with a few tablespoons of tomato oil. Serve with homemade pita chips or fresh baguette.

6g instant gelatine
80 ml almond milk or any other milk
10 g cocoa or chocolate powder
Sweetener
