Young cabbage soup

Ingredients:
0,5 a bale of young cabbage
200 g of oyster mushrooms
1 onion
4 potatoes
2 tomatoes
1 carrot
2 bay leaves

Preparation:
Peel potatoes, cut into cubes. Cut tomatoes into thin slices, oyster mushrooms - in slices. Peel onion and carrot. Onions slice into half rings, grate carrots on a coarse grater. Fry the vegetables for 6 minutes in a pan with 2 tbsp. heated oil. Add the tomatoes and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes more. Pour 2 liters of water into a pot, add potatoes, bring to the boil and simmer for 6 minutes. Finely chop the cabbage and put together with the bay leaf into the pot. Boil it for 5 more minutes. Heat oil in a pan and fry mushrooms in it. Put them into soup, salt and pepper it, and boil for 5 minutes. When serving, pour the cabbage soup onto plates, sprinkle with dill and parsley.

15g starch

30g cocoa powder
75 g vegetable oil
60 grams of hot milk

GRILLED CHICKEN WITH MANGO SALSA

Ingredients:

Mango – 2 pcs
Red onion – ½ (chopped)
Jalapeno – 2 tsp (finely diced)
Green onions – 2 pcs
Cilantro – 3 tbsp
Lime juice – ½
Honey – 1 tbsp
White vinegar – 1 tsp
Cumin – ½ tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil – 2 tbsp

Cooking process:

Cut and dice the mango, then make some lines to go deep. Pop it out like in the video.

Add red onions, green onions, lemon juiced, jalapeno, cilantro to the mango. Drizzle all ingredients with honey, olive oil and white vinegar.

Sprinkle with cumin, salt and pepper. Mix everything.

Drizzle some olive oil on the chicken fillets and marinate with some salt, pepper on both sides.

Grill the chicken on medium-high for about 4-5 minutes on each side. Place to the plate.

Put mango salsa mixture over the chicken and serve immediately!

This recipe is super easy to make!

EGGPLANT ROLLS

Ingredients:

2 large eggplants
A handful of walnuts
2 sprigs of basil
1 garlic clove
150-200 g soft cheese
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt, pepper to taste

Preparation:

Take 2 eggplants and cut off the tips from them on both sides, then cut them lengthwise into plates.
