Respect for yourself and others makes you welcome in any company.
The key is to understand
Do you have it and are you using it?
Do you speak to a boss, a waiter, an adult or a child in the same way?
Were you able to say 'no, I wasn't annoyed'?
So,
why is it so hard to just start respecting yourself and everyone around you?
Because there is no peace inside us. We are constantly at war with the world and at war with ourselves. We exhaust ourselves and torment others. And in this state of war we lose "respect", because in war, to respect means to lose - to show weakness.

How do we learn to use the precious key for its intended purpose?
Find your inner limits: What is acceptable to you and what is not? Give yourself permission to live by your own rules.
When you no longer want to live in a state of war - come a sense of respect for yourself and everyone around you.
This is the key that will open any door.
