Due to the rapid growth of the company and in order to improve the customer experience, we are opening the position of an
account manager. Our ideal candidate is multitasking, self-driven, and able to work under pressure. He takes care of himself and his main goal is to make customers happy.
Objectives of this Role
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to customers' concerns and needs
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Work with CEO, CMO, and Head of Sales, as well as with other colleagues to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
- Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Identify upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities, and execute them by himself
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
- Maintains a relationship with previous customers to let them know that their partner is always able to help them in their need
- Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization
Skills and Qualifications
- Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian, additional languages would be a plus
- Familiarity with terms ‘blockchain’, ‘cybersecurity’ and general IT services
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications (optional)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
- Recommendations from the previous workplaces
- Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Zoho or other CRM systems
