Have you ever buried your face in roses? As I close what feels like a rough & wild chapter of my life…
…And move out of my current home (into one that feels like a delightfully unlikely manifestation that incubated inside of me for over a year )
… I commemorated this transition with a ritual.
For 11 days, I put my face in red roses (representing the feminine) inhaled deeply and said:
"I am loved, for all of me.”
And then in white roses representing the masculine and said:
"I am here, I am safe."
I slept with them by my bed, and put petals under my water vessel every day.
Then I bathed in the roses, offered them to this land and to the new space.
I believe rituals mark the threshold spaces of change in our lives and activate collectively held subconscious energies for expansion.
