I used to think that suppressing my feelings and keeping my sensuality locked away protected me.

I’ve learned that bottling up who we are not only does a disservice to ourselves, but everyone around us as well. Embodied expression has been a game changer for my mental and physical health. It’s allowed me to connect deeper with others and understand my own needs.
