Jobs: Chief Operating Officer
Salary: 7k - 10k euro net, discussing
Company, location: International Fintech Company, Cyprus
Employment contract: remote (work from anywhere), fulltime

COO will be the main leader to define and effectively scale strategy for the company, providing a platform for team growth and increase of market share more than two-fold. Will also lead the process of preparing the company for the IPO.

Duties:
- Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders;
- Lead the process of preparing the company for the IPO;
- Actively participate in changes in the company's structure;
- Implementation of efficient processes and technology solutions for their automation;
- Supporting customer, partner and other stakeholder relationship processes;
- Implement a mentoring and team motivation culture to achieve productivity and engagement;
- Operational performance reporting and suggestions for performance improvement;
- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities;
- Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures;
- Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance;
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics;
Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions etc.).

Required:
- 5+ years of proven experience as Chief Operating Officer in fast-growing IT companies;
- Exceptional experience in preparing a company for the IPO and fundraising;
- Familiarity with all business functions including BizDev, HR, Finance;
- Hands-on experience with implementing IT systems;
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development;
- Great knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics;
- Good with numbers and financial planning;
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent organizational and leadership ability;
- Analytical mind;
- Problem-solving aptitude;
- Fluent English.
