Salary: 7k - 10k euro net, discussing
Company, location: International Fintech Company, Cyprus
Employment contract: remote (work from anywhere), fulltime

Chief Commercial Officer will be a driver of sales, product development, and marketing to achieve the company's goals and ensure its growth.

Duties:
- Building a high performing sales team to execute end to end sales including outreach, pitching, getting alignment, negotiation, closing deals, and implementation;
- Identify new business opportunities and provide clients with key sentiment and insights on the market;
- Ensuring a robust after-sales process to deliver strong customer engagement;
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with growth and profit goals;
- Build an effective organization with the leadership team, maintain motivation through rapid growth, and lead by example;
- Analyze product, sales, and marketing activities of competitors with a continuous strategic priority assessment;
- Reach ambitious revenue and segment growth targets.

Required:
- 5+ years of proven executive experience in the CCO role in the IT/fintech/SAAS industry;
- Demonstrated successful experience in x3 upscaled companies;
- Experience and positive track record with executing business partnerships;
- Ability to be hands-on as well as strategic;
Fluency in English;
- Interested in next-generation finance and blockchain technology;
- Understanding of the DEFI and CEFI product landscape will be an advantage;
- Network & knowledge of finance & cryptocurrency market, and being well known in the crypto community will be an advantage.
