Mission:
The HR Business Partner should be a strong believer and an ambassador of Smartcat’s Culture. HRBP is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and delivering value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business goals.
Your outcomes:
• Define quaterly plans for the HR functions together with VP of People
• Improve internal communications: improve work relationships, build morale, be positive, and increase productivity and retention.
• Improve external communications and HR brand
• CV sourcing and searching for the candidates from the USA, UK, Europe and CIS with the goal to find A-players
• Onboard employees. Supervise the onboarding process, ensure newcomers start to deliver value fast, and are well-informed about all the needed details of their jobs and working in the company
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
• Actively participate in the organizational tasks related to employees relocation
Requirements:
• 3+ years in similiar HR role in multinational remote IT business
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills
• Experience resolving complex employee relations issues
• Experience recruiting globally
• Ability to understand the company’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices
• Fluent English
• Growth-oriented mindset
• Readiness to work in a highly intense startup environment requiring extreme focus, a sense of urgency, and persistence to breakthrough
• Experience working with remote teams across time zones
• Openness to constructive feedback and the opinions and ideas of others
