Onboarding Manager MY.GAMES, Tbilisi

Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding program for new employees: together with HR BP, introduce this program into business units and control its implementation
- Consult HR BP and HR specialists regarding onboarding tools
- Implement a mentorship program in the company (offline and online training of mentors – prepare guides, checklists, organize training sessions)
- Support automation related to the onboarding process (automated mailing lists, notifications, apps, chatbots)
- Provide HR analytics of KPIs in the sphere of onboarding, survey results, mandatory trainings
- Guide the learning process: communicate with participants, interact with providers, work with document flow and reporting

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the field of training and development in a company with over 2000 staff members
- Knowledge of training program development methodology and modern practices (chatbots, online marathons, online trainings, longreads)
- Knowledge of the basics of pedagogical design, experience in the development of educational materials (training videos, guides, longreads, memos, checklists)
- Project management skills
- Good analytical skills
- Confident user of Excel, PPT (Keynote)

A future employee should only deal with staff adaptation, automate the onboarding process, NOT train or recruit.
