Chicken breast with bacon in cheesy cream sauce Ingredients:2 chicken fillets
salt, pepper, flour
5-6 bacon slices
4g butter
1/2 onion
1 tsp. chicken broth + 50ml water
250ml сream (20% or more)
100g cheese (Gouda/Tilsit)
2 sprigs of parsley
Method:1. Cut chicken filet lengthwise, beat it with a knife spine, salt, pepper it, roll in flour.
2. Fry bacon until crispy and remove from a pan. Then add butter and fry chicken fillet until golden, but not fully cooked, remove.
3. Add onion, dilute broth with water. Once onion is cooked, pour broth and cream. A minute later add cheese. When it's melted, return the chicken filet and simmer for 7 minutes, so that the chicken is tender.
4. Add chopped bacon and fresh parsley on top, and turn off the heat.
