Mini Casserole with Chicken and Broccoli Ingredients:
• chicken fillet - 150g
• sweet bell pepper - 10g
• broccoli - 120g
• eggs - 2 units
• natural yogurt - 60g
• cheese - 70g
• soda - 3g
• spices, salt - to taste
Method:
1. Slice meat into small pieces after stewing it for 3-4 minutes in a pan filled with water.
2. Mix the eggs and yogurt in a bowl. Add some grated cheese.
3. Dice the peppers and cut the broccoli (you can take frozen) into florets.
4. Combine and mix everything.
5. Place in muffin tins.
6. Bake in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until done.
