• minced meat (pork, beef) - 500g
• white bread - 2 slices
• milk - 50 ml
• garlic - 2 cloves
• onion - 1 pc.
• egg - 1 unit
• cheese - 100g
• tomato - 2 pcs.
• salt, pepper - to taste

Method:

1. Soak the bread in milk.
2. Salt and pepper the stuffing, add egg, chopped onion (or mince onion when you make the stuffing), grated garlic (you can use a garlic press). Knead until homogeneous.
3. Form patties and flatten a little to make them flat.
4. Place the meatballs onto a baking tray. Then put sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the meatballs for 40-50 minutes.
