Beef Stew with Rice and VegetablesIngredients:
• rice - 1 cup
• beef - 200g
• onion - 1 pc.
• carrot - 1 pc.
• flour - 1 tbsp.
Method:
1. Boil rice, then boil and shred beef.
2. Chop onions and carrots, stew in vegetable oil until tender.
3. Add the rice and beef to the vegetables, stir.
4. Add a spoon of flour and cook, stirring, until thickened.
