Fish Nests

Ingredients:

• fish (pink salmon, pike-perch, tilapia) - 500g
• baguette - 400g
• milk - 500 ml
• onions - 200g
• cheese - 100g
• sour cream
• salt, greens - to taste

Method:

1. Shred onions finely. Cut fish into small pieces, removing bones. Grate cheese on a fine grater. Shred greens. Mix fish, onions and greens together.
2. Cut bread into 2 cm thick slices. Soak the slices in milk and squeeze a little. Grease a baking dish with butter, put the bread slices there. Then make indentations in each piece, just pressing the crumb with hands.
3. Put the fish with onions and greens in the indentations and grease the top with sour cream.
4. Bake in a heated to 180 degrees oven for 40 - 45 minutes. After that, sprinkle the nests with grated cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
