Porridge with Poached EggIngredients:
• millet grits - 50g
• water - 200 ml
• milk - 150 ml
• salt, sugar - to taste
• Parmesan - 25g
• Cheddar - 15g
• egg - 1 unit
Method:
1. Boil millet in water until half-cooked, add milk, salt, sugar to taste. Add grated Cheddar, stir until the cheese is dissolved, put into a bowl, sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
2. Salt the water without bringing it to a boil, beat an egg. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Place the egg on top of the porridge.
