Tender Chicken Meatballs with Apple
Ingredients:
Ground chicken - 400g
Carrot - 1 pc.
Onion - 1/2 pc. (optional)
Apple - 1 green (or other, but not too mushy)
Spices: salt, pepper, dry garlic, paprika, a little cinnamon
Sauce:
Milk - 150 ml
Cream 33% fat and more - 50g
Butter - 15-20g
Spices - salt, pepper, dried garlic
Method:
Chop, grate or shred apple, carrot and onion in a blender. Mix with minced meat, add spices, pound well, and then make patties.
Put the patties in a baking dish, pour the sauce over them and bake at 200 degrees for 35 minutes. Done!
