Ingredients:

• cottage cheese - 400g
• yogurt - 1 tbsp.
• lemon - 1 unit.
• egg - 1 unit.
• vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Method:

1. Peel the lemon. Squeeze out the juice.
2. Whisk the cottage cheese with the yogurt.
3. Add the grated zest, egg and lemon juice.
4. Place the mixture into 4 buttered molds and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
5. Serve in the molds.
