Baked Mackerel

Ingredients:

2 mackerels
2 onions
3 carrots
300 ml tomatoes in their own juice
1 sweet pepper
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp. salt
5 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. mustard.

Method:

1. Gut the mackerels, rinse well and cut into pieces. Add mustard, soy sauce and garlic to the sour cream. Salt and mix. Pour the mixture over fish and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Fry onion and carrot for a while. Shred canned tomatoes and bell peppers in a blender and add to the onions and carrots. Add bay leaf and a tablespoon of vinegar. Braise for 10 minutes.
3. Place the vegetables on a dish, put the mackerel on top and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. It is really delicious and fragrant. Enjoy your meal!
