Fish Steaks in Cream SauceIngredients:
Salmon steaks - 5 pieces.
Spinach - 80g
Cherry tomatoes - 150g
Garlic - 4 cloves
Cream 10% fat - 100g
Olive oil
Butter
Salt and black pepper to taste
Method:
Fry the salmon steaks in olive oil over medium heat for three minutes on each side, then remove and add a small piece of butter to the same oil, fry the finely chopped garlic for a couple of minutes, then add the cherry tomatoes, spinach, cream, salt and black pepper. ⠀
Put the fish back and stew over low heat with a lid on for 10 minutes. ⠀
