I personally like the word challenging much better than hard, | SL: English Every Day

I personally like the word challenging much better than hard, difficult, complicated, tricky.

To my mind, it sounds much more positive, it shows that what you’re facing is not easy to do, but it’s possible. When you do / overcome it, it’ll make you stronger and bring you to the next level.

What can be challenging?

a challenging task
a challenging question
a challenging time

Moving abroad was a challenging decision for me, but I’m happy I did it 8 years ago. It’s been a great experience!

Any other ideas, story related to something challenging?
