2021-05-21 13:07:33 Ребята привет! Столько новостей, даже не знаю с чего начать. Точнее, знаю! 
Помните, что меня пригласили на должность Chief Communication Officer в Connect.Club. За несколько месяцев мы совершили настоящий рывок: на прошлой неделе у нас уже выступали: Коля Давыдов, Тимур Бекмамбетов, Дмитрий Гришин, Олег Куваев – создатель Масяни.

Connect Club сейчас в закрытой бета-версии. Мы собираем клуб из интересных людей, которые хотят общаться, знакомиться друг с другом и экспериментировать с форматами.
Мы видим, что Connect.Club может стать очень крутой площадкой для образования. Возможность общаться с видео в виртуальном мире открывает гораздо больше возможностей, чем Zoom или Сlubhouse.
Мы в ELK уже несколько месяцев проводим групповые занятия в нетворкинг комнате (смотри скриншот), и ученики в восторге.

Сегодня в 18:00 по Москве я собираю лучших educators чтобы познакомиться с Connect.Club и друг с другом, придумать форматы и коллаборации на следующую неделю.

I keep hearing alarming news from Russia Last Friday the American Consulate stopped issuing tourist visas for Russian citizens, apparently due to the Russian government forcing US consulates to cut their staff by 75%. The consulates say that there's just no one to work there anymore to process visa applications.

It seems that Russia becomes more and more isolated, which makes me very sad as I know so many beautiful and open people there that could have contributed their talent to the world.

A couple of weeks ago, I watched a video that I want to recommend to you so that you tell me what you think. It's called: "Два удара по России: Майкл Тэлэн о поражении Путина".

The bottom line is that the USA and Germany, together with other countries, are rolling out a new program called Cyber Flag.

Cyber Flag is basically a "digital NATO", with its members being able to work freely in international markets and tech companies. There might be a new status for people working abroad for the American companies – "foreign employee". It will allow people working abroad to receive benefits similar to those of the employees in the US. Good news, but only for the countries that are members of the Cyber Flag.

Professionals and companies from the countries that are excluded from this list (and basically the reason why this organization is being created) will apparently have hard times entering the US and European markets or being employed by international companies. The potential list of the countries that are excluded is Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, and Belarus.

If Clubhouse created a new blockchain radio - at Connect.Club we are making one step further allowing everyone to monetize their talent of creating events that the world should see. Our virtual world will be helping likeminds around the world to find each other not to just talk, but to DO THINGS together.

Helping many successful companies in the global growth stage (they were coming to me as ELK students) taught me a lot about the necessary steps to build high-functioning teams.
I believe the first most important thing here is: alignment.
Every member of the team should share the companies vision, understand the OKRs and be really excited about the contribution that she’s making every day.
With this in mind I went to Dubai to lead the category design workshop for Connect.Club’s executive team.
How did it go? Amazing!

I have been so busy this month that I hardly had any time to post on social media. However, there’s so much that I want to share with you.
I’m happy to announce that I’m now partnering with a social media professional, Lena Egorova, to make sure I start posting regularly and do it on a new level.
My main goal is that you find it helpful and inspiring. We will be listening carefully, so please participate by commenting and joining my lives.

This week I will tell you about my new startup called Relevant and a strategic session with my co-founder Troy Malone in Utah. I think Utah is one of the most beautiful places in the world, and I will show you why.

I will also tell you about my new role — Chief Communications Officer in Connect.Club and our strategic session in Dubai. I had no idea that Dubai is such an upbeat business hub.
